On August 11 at 4 pm local time, a white Porsche driving on a road in Rugao, Jiangsu stopped to the call of a crying woman chasing a Buick sedan on foot. The Good Samaritan asked the woman if she needed help. The woman claimed that the Buick driver kidnapped her child. The woman was told to jump in and the white Porsche gave chase.

While keeping the Buick in view, the Good Samaritan told the woman to call the police. When asked by the emergency dispatcher if she knew the Buick driver who took her child, the woman denied knowing the alleged kidnapper.

The white Porsche, obviously the better car of the two, was able to quickly chase down the Buick. But the Good Samaritan, possibly due to consideration for the safety of the child in the car, did not take attempt to overtake the Buick and opted to follow closely behind. In the video of the incident that was uploaded online one could hear the boom of the Porsche, attesting to the drastic speed of the car chase.

Seven minutes into the chase, the Buick stopped and a man got off from the vehicle. The Good Samaritan asked the woman if she wanted to continue chasing the Buick or the guy who just alighted. Only then did the woman spilled the truth and excitedly told how the man is her husband and they are in divorce proceedings with dispute over child custody.

The police arrived soon after and questioned the couple, confirming that the man was the husband and not a random kidnapper. The husband was eventually allowed to take the child home.

I'm sure the Porsche driver had been dreaming of this moment all his life (most of us guys do). He must have been really annoyed when he learned that it was just a domestic dispute and he wasn't going to become a national hero.

Arrest the woman for making up a BS story to suit her own needs.

" When asked by the emergency dispatcher if she knew the Buick driver who took her child, the woman denied knowing the alleged kidnapper." / "Only then did the woman spilled the truth and excitedly told how the man is her husband". If it was her husband then others may not help? Dai Lu ren -- always dishonest, lie, lie by omission....

This lying Dai Lu woman got what she wanted, didn't she? On their birth certificates they should pre-print 'the end justifies the means'.
