I'm glad that the guy apologized, and the woman accepted the apology. That computer repair person was lucky that he got off with paying $45 for his action. He could have possibly gotten fired or criminally charged for that.

Another example of the marvel that is the Chinese male. He was probably actually trying to court her.

They are already way worse...its just that the trafficking of underprivileged women for sex purposes is a topic that is not discussed too much in super-moral East Asia. Seriously, these people act like Westerners have loose morals for engaging in consensual casual relationship...but the stuff they do behind closed doors is barbaric.

How is that not a crime? 300rmb? Additionally, Chinese people should now learn that this is wrong and therefore stop doing this to foreigners!!!! But then again foreigners are not real people.

How IS it a crime? Taking a picture of someone is not illegal. If he'd taken the picture off of her PC it would have been a crime but the picture was quite obviously taken by the repairman. I suppose you could make some argument about using her image without permission but that's a civil case at best. If you're going to ban taking pictures of people and then commenting on how awful they are, there won't be any news stories on this website by the end of the week. Pretty much half the content on this website consists of that.
