It works perfectly, I really find it very helpful with forums where people are active and you get notified if someone replies your questions, recharge mobile with normal bank card and you can contact with any foreigner in all China. It is reliable and with great content and answers if you use it not like Expat Express with copied and not verified information from others webs and strange accounts

you call that mess of random messages forums, social communication? and yes there is recharge and events.but you can find much more on websites
