Sooo the wanchai Filipinas get a pass? Central was not on the list of places raided, but prostitution is so openly in your face in that district. What's the deal with that?

The operation began on June 15 and ENDED September 18. So, there is a hiatus starting after three months of regular police work? Somebody paid off the right CCP officials. Now police efforts will be more focused on checking foreigners' papers, and making sure regular families can only take 1 box of baby formula back to the Mainland. Servicing the real richpeople's problems, not wasting time on regular people's problems with rampant prostitution and triades.

Just a part of the arrested people are mainland Chinese. Probably many foreigners are arrested as well. In my experience Russians and Indians are very much in drugs and prostitution in Hongkong.
