Two Haikou luxury car owners with the same license plates made the mistake of parking their cars right next to each other. The photo of the side by side cars has since gone viral online. A Netizen snapped a picture of the two cars: an Audi Q7 and a Mercedes-Benz. Reporters figured out that the license plate actually was registered to the Audi, not the Benz. The plate in question, “A 3666A,” is considered a “good license plate,” in Haikou.
Netizens thought that this move by the owners was “arrogant,” as it was clear at least one of them was flouting the law. The two cars also may be owned by the same person; the investigation is still underway. But seriously, if you can afford a Mercedes-Benz, you should be able to afford to get it registered properly.

Maybe the two were a set of his and hers - being that the cars were parked right next to one another, it could be that there is a "couple"; although different make cars, they shared the same plates together as a couple! I wouldn't be surprised. Why else would the be right next to each other?

Who would even notice something like two identical plate numbers unless the 'lucky' aspect of the number caught someone's superstitious eye? You gotta love the irony if that's the case.
