A three year old boy had to undergo surgery to have his penis reattached after his uncle’s girlfriend cut it off.
Following the incident, he was rushed to hospital in Zhengzhou and then Beijing. His doctor at Peking University First Hospital was quoted as saying the surgery was relatively successful, Ecns news reported. The boy will be able to have children, but won’t be able to stand up to urinate, nor have a normal sex life.
The boy, from Henan province, had allegedly been playing with her cell phone while she was in the bathroom, and this was how she punished him. His uncle’s girlfriend has been taken in for psychological evaluation.

" The boy will be able to have children, but won’t be able to stand up to urinate, nor have a normal sex life." I don't get what this means at all... sounds like a very abigious and vague Chinese description. Trying to claim they succeeded somehow when they obviously failed.
