Zare and H&N are just some of the international brands you can find in Wuxi…no wait, that's not quite right. In addition to these fake clothing stores, this one street in Wuxi also boasts a fake Apple (oh come on, every city in China has one of those) and a fake Starbucks. Sadly the stores seem to just be a fake shell and don’t actually contain any products.

Is that a fake ICBC as well? A really pathetic attempt from developers to fool people into buying their overpriced apartments. Funny thing is though, it will probably work.

This is filler to make the development not look empty or under construction, to help sell houses and commercial property. It's just a showroom design that is becoming more and more common. Open those doors and you will just find an empty cold space.
