Fines for improper public behavior (including damaging public property, throwing litter from automobiles, posting illegal advertisements on trees etc.) will dramatically increase in Shenzhen from March 1 next year. Among the list of "bad behavior" punishable by fines, people caught spitting and littering will be subject to the maximum fine of 200 RMB.

This sounds fantastic. In the other cities in China, pissing on the street in broad daylight is still common!
