China Southern Airlines recently announced that after an "intensive" three-month draft, it has selected 22 Dutch flight attendants to serve the China Southern branch in the Schiphol Airport in the Netherlands. Hiring non-Chinese flight attendants is the latest effort made by China Southern Airlines to accelerate its internationalisation, as well as to improve the service quality on its flights. Currently, China Southern Airlines has both the largest fleet and the highest passenger traffic in Asia. In 2011, its passenger traffic reached 80.52 million.

The one male new hire looks a little out of place in that picture! Lucky tall guy is in a room full of beautiful women he will be working with.
