In regard to the post above the place is called 'Wool Spinning City" not Wool City. It would be helpful for you to mention that it is on the corner with MacDonalds on the ground floor.
The people there were great, prices very good and even though I have no Chinese we were able to negotiate. Please also mention that they have fabrics, tailors and knitters available.
