A thief raided a man’s locker at a Changchun bathhouse, leaving only his underwear. Is the bathhouse responsible for the incident?

He was most upset that he had lost the apartment card key to his son’s new apartment. Yu had just purchased the apartment for his son and will have to submit a request to the developer for a new key card. Getting a new key card is a tedious process, according to Yu.

The owner told the press that the robbery was not the bathhouses’ responsibility. However, Ji Xiang, a lawyer from Jilin’s Liu Hai Bo law firm thinks it is. Ji said that in the case, the thief violated criminal law, and the owner of the bathhouse is also responsible under China’s consumer protection law.
