US network security company Symantec reported on Sunday that 23% of hacker attacks in the United States in 2015 came from China. In 2014, 10% of hacker attacks came from China. The stats were reported by the Chinese media on Monday.
The network security company reported that a number of viruses spread by Chinese hackers were zombie computer viruses. A zombie computer is a computer that has been compromised by a hacker or virus that can be used to perform malicious tasks remotely. The number of zombie computer viruses from China increased by 80% in 2015. 50% of all zombie computer viruses come from China.

It would be my assertion that an inability to define 'hacker" or "virus" or "crime" is indication that an organism lacks the basic rationale for sanity in the human species...There is clear reason manslaughter and homicide both carry the same weight in sentencing and compensation (ie justice) though they differentiate in terms of determinations of rationale.

Define hacker, define virus, specify the targets and the methods. Raw data means nothing. Large scale attempts on household devices are totally not the same deal as targeted attacks against corporations. It's like putting bank robberies with tax fraud.
