Apr 19, 2016 By eChinacities.com

The train marshal accused of drugging a young woman on a train and inviting her to watch pornography was fired from his position on Sunday. Police do not believe that he drugged the victim, and he was cleared of the related charge. However, there is evidence that he showed the woman, Deng, a pornographic video.

On April 9, Deng reported that Li, a train marshal, drugged her tea and invited her to watch a pornographic video on his phone. Wuhan police investigation the incident, by testing blood and urine samples taken from Deng, and questioning train staff.

No traces of drugs were found in Deng’s blood and urine. Deng’s family found no objections to the results of the test.

However, pornographic videos were found on Li’s phone, and he was dismissed from his position as a result.

So is it officially forbidden by law to possess porn on a phone? If yes, ok its ridiculous. If not why can he get fired for that. Is there evidence he forced the woman to watch it?
