I've been in china 7yrs and i've gotta say the food is delicious,these dishes above are not so bad as i've tried most of them....HOWEVER..I worked in zhanjiang in deep southern china and saw dog hung up like cattle...THERE I DREW THE LINE!Also snake..I do not like snake rubbery and tasteless...Gator meat is not so bad..

What's with those preserved eggs in China? "it's a thousand years old, it must be good"...good thing they don't apply the same "logic" to the Vietnam war era chicken parts they find frozen once in a while.

It makes no sense that crab is on that list... It's the smell that gets me. The tofu and Chicken feet just smell so bad.

I tried pretty much all of those... Liked the crab and the fish head... the chicken feet thing kind of grew on me for something to chew on while just waiting around in a restaurant for others to finish. Rest is pretty bad.
