High-speed trains from Harbin West Railway Station to Dalian North Railway Station will follow the winter timetable from December 1 to March 31, 2014. What this means is that bullet trains will be used for routes between Dalian and Harbin instead of high-speed trains and train speeds will be reduced to 200 km/hr. What’s more, the original price of second class seats – 403.5 RMB – will be reduced to 283.5 RMB during that period.
