While we are discussing this. How many "families" will this draconian tactic protect? That it is being used to ruin the lives of music students seems to prove the point that this power can be abused for anything.

@ Positionseeker.....you don't seem to know much about certain drugs. Whereas I'll agree that opiates are highly addictive you'll find that canna us isn't. It's the most benign of all illegal drugs and less harmful than tobacco and alcohol.
