Wealthy Chinese are flocking to Dubai, and local Dubai real estate businesses are looking to attract more. “10 percent of Dubai’s population is Chinese, most of them are from Guangzhou and Shenzhen. China has 4,200 companies and businesses in Dubai,” said Ziad El Chaar, managing director of Damac Properties.
El Chaar said that this year, the number of Chinese traveling to Dubai has tripled, and the government of the UAE is negotiating with the Chinese government to increase the number of China-Dubai flights to attract even more travelers.
However, Chinese investors are only ranked sixth in real estate investment in Dubai. Indian investors are ranked first with holdings worth 23.3 billion Yuan. The UK is ranked second with 12.8 billion Yuan, and investors from Iran hold assets worth 4.6 billion Yuan. Canada and Russia are fourth and fifth, respectively.

The greatest achievement for any Chinese, is to leave China. And we all know that the next step is rich Chinese girls marrying Foreign men, in that case Arabs or one of the many Europeans living in Dubai.
