Netizens Puzzled by 100 kg Woman with Beautiful, Thin Face
Nov 23, 2015 By eChinacities.com

Photos of a woman weighing 100 kg with a thin, beautiful face have recently gone viral on the Chinese internet. The woman was a recent contestant on a Chinese variety show.

Netizens also found older photos of the woman, and may suspect she had plastic surgery on her face. A number have asked, if she had surgery on her face, why didn’t she have surgery to lose weight?

A number of nasty comments about the woman’s body have surfaced online, saying that she has a pleasant, delicate face, but is severely disproportionate.

The funniest of all being that the authors of the harsh comments are probably ultra picky late virgin guys who creep onto women and hate on Foreigners who date Chinese girls.

Did this woman ask for her picture to be posted or forwarded on-line? Typical Chinese behaviour in doing this. I wonder how many of the netziens are picture post-cards themselves that they think it is ok to comment on this. I would suspect most of the negative comments come from guys who probably don't have a girl-friend expect for the inflatable one they bought on Taobao.

Sadly, that behavior is pretty common world-wide. I know that we see the same thing in America on a routine basis.

Typical foreign elitist behaviour, taking something where the reaction would be the same in any western country and pretending that this is somehow only a problem that would occur in China. I would suspect that most of the negative comments on this story come from people who have a inflated sense of western superiority and therefore feel it is ok to complain about Chinese people's insensitive behaviour in the same sentence where they themselves are being incredibly racist.

If you read the comment above you can see that the line was taken directly from it, it was a parody of that. Also, way to ignore the point though and focus on an unimportant aspect of the comment.
