A number of passerby did not help the man because they were worried that the accident was false and set up for insurance purposes. Passerby took photos of the old man on the ground and told each other that they all saw him fall on his own accord. Only then, did they begin to call for an ambulance for the elderly man. Once the ambulance was called, a few people began to wipe the blood of the man’s face.

When the ambulance arrived, the medics said that the old man’s situation was not serious, and his face was only slightly scraped. The medics cleaned up the man’s face and took him to the hospital for further examination.
