“China's most illegal car,” was seized by Jiangxi police on August 31. The car had 253 traffic violations on record, 846 points deducted and fines of 28,000 Yuan. The owner said that the car had become too illegal and he had stopped paying any fees or insurance on it.
The black Honda was found in a routine check at a toll station in Nanchang when police noticed that the car had an expired license plate.
The car had not been inspected and had no insurance coverage since May 2012. The car had 253 traffic violations, the earliest from 2008, including speeding, running red lights, and illegal parking, and fines totaling 28,000 Yuan.
Jiangxi police have confiscated the vehicle and will take further steps to prosecute the owner.

I feel really sorry for the poor driver having to sit in this car time and time again while the car did all of these terrible things. Take the car away and crush it to save the poor man any more suffering.
