Miss Zhao was faced with a difficult decision in the Beijing Capital Airport this past Friday afternoon. She had in hand, a bottle of extremely expensive XO cognac that she had purchased in the United States while traveling. Security told her that she was unable to bring the bottle on her next flight to Wenzhou.
Zhao, not willing to part with her expensive bottle, decided to find a spot in the corner and down the entire thing.
The liquor kicked in while she was waiting at the gate, and Zhao began to yell and act incoherently. She then fell to the ground, passing out.
Airline staff called the police and the police were able to contact Zhao's family. That night, around 7 pm, Zhao woke up in a convalescence room being monitored by a doctor. While she was out, her family had flown in to Beijing to take her home. Zhao thanked police for their assistance and left with her family.

Common sense lacking much? Next time, put it in checked luggage. Shame to waste such an expensive bottle of cognac. I wonder how she got it from USA to China with no incident...

It said she bought it while travelling. I assume that means at the duty free shop in the airport. Yeah, if you have a connecting flight, you're sometimes screwed when that happens.
