China's Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, where Beijing has hosted a number of foreign leaders, is suing Dutch company Philips for “false propaganda.” The guesthouse claims that Philips used its name without permission in the company's Chinese advertisements.

In the advertisement in question, Philips claimed that Diaoyutai had used its air purifiers while servicing heads of state.

The case has been accepted by Beijing Haidian District People's Court.
