As I said above. There are many dating sites where you pay lets say 30$ for a 1 month membership, contact as many girls as you want be smart and ask to see them on webcam. It's not a website's responsibility to tell you how to be smart, that was your parents and teachers' responsibility. Society has made it ok for people to not take responsibility for their own stupidity.

Being dumb and a pathetic loser does not make you a victim. He's 60 years old, old enough to know better. He's in a city full of beautiful young Chinese women who would marry him in a second. He's ignoring all of those beautiful women to look for someone who is most likely a guy.
