A father and son duo from a farming village in Hengyang, Hunan have the greatest hobby ever: building huge Transformers from scrap car parts. The larger than life Transformers have become a huge phenomenon. A steady stream of visitors who want to check out and even buy the statues has translated into piles of cash for the farmer and his son. They actually make more than a million Yuan a year from displaying and selling the Transformers.
Father and farmer, Yu Zhilin, started work on his first Transformer in 2007 and spent glorious three years painstakingly building it. After several more years of work, Yu and his son Yu Lingyun created a small factory specially designed to construct more Transformers. The simple factory is often overrun by multiple 20 meter tall Transformers. Luckily, their village is safe if any Decepticons try to attack!

I have seen these things in many places I go. I have seen them in shopping malls and outside of real estate buildings to name a couple. They are awesome pieces of art. Kudos to them.
