20 people died late last night, after a bus fell off a cliff in Henan Province, Shanghai Daily reports. A further 13 were injured in the accident, which occurred at around 23:00 on Monday March 2, in Linzhou City.
The coach had been hired to transport a local privately-owned opera troupe. There were 33 people altogether on the coach. All the injured people have been taken to hospital.
Police are now investigating the accident.

@islandboy, do you even understand the meaning of a rant? Perhaps you need a quick "net" search yourself. Buses don't just "fall off" cliffs, just as heads don't fall off shoulders, there is always an underlying reason. In this case I can guarantee it was driver negligence. If you can't understand the simple point being made better keep your "unwarranted" comments to yourself.

How the hell does a bus fall off a cliff? My God will China ever do something about their disastrous road safety? Not surprised it happened in Henan. Absolute hell hole.
