Scandalous photos of a Fuzhou government official drinking, kissing and groping women and generally behaving badly in a KTV were leaked online last night, according to sina.com.
The man was quickly confirmed to be Lin Zonghui from the Jin’an District local housing authority by the department’s disciplinary secretary Zhang Zhongming.
According to Lin, he doesn’t remember the incidents depicted and was black out drunk at the time-it occurred on a night in July when he went for dinner with two men, one from Sanming and one from Jiangxi Province.
He says that he got very drunk at dinner and they moved onto the KTV later. He woke up the next morning alone in the room and was saddled with a 10,000 RMB bill.
He maintains that the whole thing was a plot orchestrated by the party secretary of his department and says that he had been receiving blackmail threats ever since that night.
When asked why he didn’t go to the police, he replied that he was ‘too busy’.

A good title for that photo would be Harvest Celebration, or to show chinese do have creativity, Chinese Oktoberfest. Should the Germans protest it brings shame to that word tell them this is China's unique socialist administrative style, that China has beatn'em, 'so rich and powerful our government is that we have Oktoberfest round the clock, even in Munich, Bavaria which you know nothing about. We've surpassed you!'
