International Manhunt: 288 Economic Criminals Caught

Since July this year, the Chinese police have detained 288 criminals suspected of economic crimes, the Ministry of Public Security said according to Ecns news. The vast majority o these are government officials.

Out of these criminals, 84 were captured in developed countries like the US, Canada, Japan, and Belgium. 126 suspects turned themselves in, and 21 suspects had been on the run for more than 10 years, the ministry reports.

This is all part of the government’s huge campaign against corruption, a campaign that started with Xi Jinping’s presidency.

These criminal slimeballs have been fleeing the country with millions in stolen money for years and showing up on the doorsteps of western countries applying for no questions asked "investment visas," making the minimum required investments and getting away with it. Lock the bastards up!
