A Jinan Student suffered a horrific ordeal after she was kidnapped and held for four days by a man who claims to have been falsely imprisoned for sexual assault.

The woman, surnamed Jin, took an illegal taxi in Jinan on August 21. After bartering the fare, the Driver, surnamed Dai, drove Jin to a secluded place off the side of the road and raped her. He then drove her back to his home where he kept her tied up and subjected her to horrific sexual abuse for four days.

On August 25, the police received an emergency call and immediately arrested Dai. During the interrogation, the police discovered that Dai had just come out of prison for rape the previous year. He said that in his 20’s he had been falsely accused of rape and imprisoned for 10 years, sent to the north west and lost all his friends and relatives. The assault was apparently a way of getting his revenge.

His story doesn’t hold up very well however, as raping someone less than a year after you are released from prison does very little to help in clearing your name from a false rape charge.
