The Kingdom of Thailand has announced plans to waive visa fees for Chinese citizens and residents of Taiwan. The new policy was implemented on August 9 and will continue until November in an attempt to revive the Thai tourism industry in light of recent political upheaval.
The Chinese market is now essential to the Thai tourism industry, with 4.7 million Chinese visitors travelling to Thailand in 2013. The short term plan will hopefully provide the country with a much needed boost in the second half of 2014.

How is this possible? My Chinese workers just told me that Chinese people are mistreated and abused all over the world.
