Guizhou SWAT Team Recruits 48 Shaolin Students

Guizhou Public Security Bureau has made a novel move to improve security: by hiring 48 students of the famous Shaolin temple to join their SWAT team.

Initially only 10 students were recruited from the Henan Songshan Shaoling Wushu Vocational Institute in Henan Province, but they performed so well that the police authorities decided to recruit another 38.

This is the first time a public security bureau has hired Kung Fu experts on such a large scale.

Police authorities around the country have been very publicly increasing security around the country, in the wake of recent terrorist attacks. A new anti-terrorism campaign has seen over 60 people arrested in Xinjiang province in the last month alone.

This is THE graduation exam for those kids. It won't take long to see if their training in the temple gave them a strong enough shield against the most lethal corruptive forces known to mankind. It is not just money but sex too; old-timers would know what Guizhou's real specialty is.

Am I the only one who finds it ironic that one of the birthplaces of physical self-defense is finally integrating martial arts into their defense force?

Don't mess with the kung-fu police! I just hope that the police and SWAT won't suddently start hitting people, like it sometimes happens...
