A group of 15 people has been arrested for surreptitiously filming up women’s skirts and placing cameras in changing rooms around Chaoyang District. The footage would then be sold to porn websites for 500-1000 RMB per ten minutes of video.
The gang had some inventive methods of capturing the footage. Photographs show members of the group using cameras concealed in walking sticks in order to film up women’s skirts in public places.
The group was discovered when a woman was tipped off that a video of her had been posted onto a porn website without her knowledge or consent. She took a look and found footage of herself getting changed in a fitting room, unaware that she was being filmed.
The ring also included one woman who helped conceal the cameras in women’s changing rooms. Websites specializing in concealed cameras are enjoying a flourishing business, despite the fact that carrying any type of concealed camera is strictly illegal in China.

How nobody mentioned it yet: Why the F*** don't the Chinese men buy a 30RMB/month VPN and watch high quality porn online???? In addition, even on Chinese websited you can find pictures of half dressed women, which is the same as these stupid footages, but for free. I like China, but there just some stupid things happening here.

there are chinese websites who siterip complete stream catalogs and re-host them with new copyright logos - these websites come and go but they exist in good number. no need for vpn's. the websites earn money through very aggressive install popups.

I think it's supply side economics. Simple really. There are a lot of butts in public places here. I'm guilty of staring. It doesn't happen as often back home simply because the landscape just doesn't provide for it. You go to Las Vegas to gamble, and to China to see butts.

these photos are low quality but the videos are 1080p and number in the thousands. they cover anything from downblouse shots at vegetable markets to squatting "middle views" to panties from sitting sideways on motorcycles.
