Good news for everyone who’s ever had a frustrating experience getting lost in a taxi, as 16,000 Shenzhen taxis have been installed with GPS navigation systems, making getting to where you want to be a whole lot easier.
As well as this, they have upgraded their telephone services, by increasing the number of staff on the booking service, which they are hoping will increase the connection rate to 90 percent.
The new customer service and taxi booking hotline is 96880.
