Is that something to be proud of?

But of course I am proud of it...and it's not simply 'animal parts' to be consumed to satisfy one's stomach, it goes beyond that. It is flavoured by the traditions and customs from where it originated from. They are, in essence, the stories of grandmothers shared when cooking, of the recipes passed down from one generation to another, of the pagan rituals of old men, and much more. Pinikpikan anyone?
