Woman Tries to Scam Man Through WeChat Shake: Doesn’t End Well For Her

Woman Tries to Scam Man Through WeChat Shake: Doesn’t End Well For Her
Mar 18, 2014 By eChinacities.com

A woman thought she had come up with the perfect new scam, but in the end it backfired on her. Miss Gao had the bright idea to use WeChat’s ‘Shake’ function to meet men and then ask money from them. One day, using the service, she met a man named Zhao. She discovered that Zhao was single and so she began the process of flirting with him in order to eventually extort money from him.

Finally, she asked him for 3,000 RMB, which he obliged. On the day of the handover, both sides were very excited. Miss Gao was looking forward to getting some RMB while Zhao was excited to have sex with a beautiful girl. That’s where the misunderstanding came in. When Zhao arrived at Gao’s apartment, he ‘forced’ her to have sex with him and gave her the money thereafter. Gao was filled with regret and shame after the incident and went to the police station to open a case against Zhao.

The case is currently under investigation.

So she is guilty of prostitution if so proved. Her intent was extortion as told in the story. He is guilty of rape if so proved. Both people are guilty of sinfull intentions and all 3 actions are unlawfull in China.

Asking money from guys with no strings attached is just stupid. Though it was dumb for her to go to the guy's place, the story makes it out to be that the guy forced himself on her. Regardless of how much money he gives her it doesnt excuse him for forcing her into having sex. It's still rape, you may not have sympathy for her but the guy is still a criminal.

Being boring is the culprit to blame for the strange evil matter? Hard to believe. If that is the case, being boring breeds evil.

She deserved it. Flirt with a guy and ask for 3000rmb to meet at his place or her place, sends a very clear message. You are a fool for coming on here saying she was doing this for fun. Then why ask for money? Why meet him privately? I have meet many women who do not even want to meet for coffee at Starbucks because we are strangers. Save your BS story for the judge. Maybe you can offer to meet him in his private chambers.

This is one of the most stupid things I've ever seem. The woman is primarily responsible for the whole sequence of matters for suspiciously committing prostitution due to her ill intention to scam money from the guy whereas the dude just tried his luck to have sex with a beautiful girl. Willing seller and buyer, it's supposed to be a win-win situation. However, the girl sued the guy,the question is, for what ? Nobody is gonna be happy now.

He should open a case against her for falsifying her intentions and potential scamming. He was willing to give her money as a gesture of goodwill, but the sex was extra. So he is in the clear so far against the idea of prostitution.

Stupidity at its peak. Even more foolish to accept the money after sex. That makes her a prostitute, so what case has she got? Willing buyer, willing seller. Textbook case.
