Smoking Ban Takes Effect in Shenzhen March 1

New smoking laws will come into effect in Shenzhen March 1. You will no longer be allowed to smoke in offices, schools, parks, healthcare agencies, tourist attractions, as well as a further 11 unspecified locations. By December 2016 bars, clubs and tea houses will also be included. But you can’t do everything at once. You have to ease this stuff in. Once the law is in place, now to the problem of enforcement…hmm.

Ban this ban that, China had been banning smoking God know since when! It's time to ENFORCE and FINE offenders! This banning announcement crap is so tiring! Where's the action?
