Don’t bother with Harbin, stick around Beijing and head over the Olympic park for its first ever Ice Lantern Art Festival, which will not only be icetastic but also a lot warmer. The festival began January 15 and will continue until February 24. The main feature will of course be the ice lanterns, but the festival will have many other items to entertain you with, including a temple fair!
