We have all walked passed those little security booths out the front of most buildings and seen a security guard or two sitting guard. But how often have you actually looked at the security guards?
Two security guards in Guangzhou realized last November that people don’t often pay them much attention so in order to get some time off, these two geniuses would use dummies dressed in their uniforms to keep guard instead, and they got away with it for 2 months before one of the customers of the hotel which they were ‘guarding’ complained.
If only we could get away with using a dummy to do our work for two months, imagine the possibilities, we’re thinking Thailand!

The security guards shud have drawn a face on it instead of leaving it blank..probably it could lasted another one year..lol

This shows something is wrong with the management. Lazy people are usually the smart guys. The management shud promote them instead so that they cud look at the loopholes. LOL..

What exactly was the problem? Did these dummies do something to offend the customers? Did they not perform their duties as a guard should? Were they working too many shifts? Maybe they looked too much like foreign dummies, ha!

It's hard to say anything really humorous about the fact that security guards can use dummies to do their job. Think about it. For 2 months the people thought the dummies were security guards - for the other 10 months they thought the security guards were dummies!!!
