Four years ago Cheng Hailin became the oldest woman in China to give birth. Cheng and her husband had a daughter, who was born in 1980, but in 2009 their daughter and son-in-law died from gas poisoning. Her life became miserable and she didn’t want to go on, that was until she came up with the idea to have another child.
In July 2009, Cheng Hailin went to the Beijing PLA 105 hospital, and doctors there said they would help her. Cheng Hailin found the process very difficult, but she took all the medicine and looked after herself and three months later they were able to implant three embryos; of which two were successful. Nine months later Cheng gave birth to twin girls.
And now four years later, despite finding two four-year-old girls tiring Cheng Hailin said she is very happy with the decision she made.

It's a miracle, even more so that they seem to have been born healthy. I wouldn't be surprised if the twins had a lot of allergies and other health problems, though.
