A clearly mentally ill man has found himself in prison for 10 days because he can’t stop annoying the hell out of the local emergency services. From October 2012 until Early December he has called the emergency services over 400 times.
The final straw for the police station was December 12, 2013. He called up saying, “I want to kill, my brain has woken up, come quickly, otherwise I will kill someone” and then the phone went dead. The calls continued throughout the day in quick succession. Finally, according to the article, the police couldn’t bear anymore harassment and so went looking for him.
At 19:00 that night the police found Mr. Xi, a 40 year old divorced man, clearly distressed about something and took him into custody for a period of 10 days.
