Newlywed Couple Consistently Throws Used Condoms out the Window, Neighbor Assumes Prostitution

Newlywed Couple Consistently Throws Used Condoms out the Window, Neighbor Assumes Prostitution
Dec 04, 2013 By eChinacities.com

Poor Mr. Wang, he wakes up every morning to find condoms strewn across the floor of his apartment block.

Becoming perplexed by the growing number of rubbers, and concerned that there may be deviants living above him, he calls the police to say he thinks there are prostitutes living in his building and he’d like something done about it.

When the police come to investigate they find a very happy, and presumably tired, couple living in the apartment that condoms have been seen flying from. Our main question is why out the window? Have they been so distracted by their carnal desires that they forgot to buy household essentials like a bin?

Mr. Liu, the condom throwing offender, has promised not to do it again.

"Our main question is why out the window?" So... you're wondering why people are careless of where they throw their trash (regardless of how unhygienic/disgusting), and have a total lack of regard for others when doing so? You must be new here. Welcome to China. Enjoy your stay (and watch where you step).

Lucky none of the condoms hit any car windows I say. Cracked windscreens all over the place. I suggest the address be given to the girl in the HIV story so she can stock up on condoms - used ones will be better than none at all!

Same thing here. I don't have a balcony, but I see all kinds of stuff getting flung out of the windows of my apartment complex. Usually it's stuff like plastic bags or (what I assume to be) remains of fruit/veggies, but I nearly got hit by some rubble at some point while hanging out my window for a smoke. It's sad how (besides the obvious lack of common sense or decency) people couldn't seem to give less of a shit when I mention issues like these (though this is more about noise than rubble, as whoever threw the stuff out is usually gone before I realize where it came from) and the only thing that ever seems to have any effect is getting the police involved.

Autumn winds usually get hold of empty plastic bottles rolling them back and forth on the balcony outside my bedroom window (3rd floor) and I've climbed out several times to make sure I had a quiet night's sleep. It's the garbage from the people living higher up, of course. Maybe I'm more lucky than I thought before reading this.
