Starting at the end of December, D trains from Shanghai Hongqiao station to Shenzhen North station will take approximately 10 hours, meaning less time being cramped up with people you don’t know. Yay! The announcement also said that these measures would make it easier and faster for both Shanghai and Shenzhen residents to travel to Hong Kong.
