After leaving behind a trail of destruction in the Philippines, Typhoon Utor is expected to hit the western fringes of Guangdong Province on August 14. In the next few days, Utor is expected to pound the region with torrential rain and heavy winds. Temperatures are expected to drop and the force of the typhoon will lighten from August 15 however.
