Currently, there are now 11 cities where the Shanghai public transport card is usable – Ningbo, Shaoxing, Huzhou, Taizhou, Changshu, Wuxi, Fuyang, Huainan, Kunshan, Jiangyang and Huai’an.
In the latter half of the 2013, it is planned that the cities of Nantong, Zhoushan, Changxing and Taizhou will be added to this list, and there are also plans for Hangzhou to be included under the umbrella of the Shanghai public transport card.
