Summer in Shanghai proving too much? Cool down in style with an epic water fight that is set to commence at the People’s Square on July 21 at 15:00 sharp.

Organized by ChinaBrawlers, the 2nd annual water fight promises to be big, though keep in mind a few rules while your spraying away:

1. Don’t attack innocent bystanders who aren’t holding guns or balloons
2. Only use colored guns and balloons (no gun-looking water pistols allowed)
3. Don’t attack people holding cameras/video cameras
4. Don’t wear yellow, or bring flags or anything that could be deemed controversial
5. Have fun!

"Don’t wear yellow, or bring flags or anything that could be deemed controversial" isnt a gun controversial? so how come water guns are allowed? Isnt using any brand names controversial? (cheap labor used to make most their items) isnt peoples square also controversial?
