The things I miss the most about my home country Denmark is the Danish pastry and in particular the cinnamon rolls, with white sweet frosting on top.
So I wend to the kitchen and made a bunch of cinnamon rolls and I hoped they would last, so I could bring some to work, but my Chinese family just loved them to much, so I had none to bring this morning. I guess I better bake some more, so my Chinese colleagues can have a taste as well.

I see. They look delicious. :) Do you ever eat or make poppy seed rolls? We have those here in Croatian bakeries and they are to die for.
