It’s been a while since we’ve covered one of these, though any degree of citizen journalism (or a simple walk down a street) will tell you public urination (and more) are a common occurrence in China.
At around 10:30 on July 1, a user posted a photo of a woman urinating on what was the 818 bus in Chongqing. Passengers were shocked when they saw the woman suddenly pull down her pants and relieve herself in the aisle of the bus. The woman also failed to pull up her pants when she got off the bus, and calmly walked down the street as if nothing was amiss.
Passengers noted that the woman didn’t appear to have any mental illness, with some speculating as to whether she was doing it for “art” or simply wanting to become famous. What is the world coming to?

This happened to me on the Nanjing subway. eight year old kid pissed on my shoe and his father hugged him and told him it was cute. I guess dropping trow is okay everywhere, but don't be a foreigner and do it. They will send the cops after you. I also saw a kid pooping at a bus stop a while ago. It was a long distance bus stop (6 hour ride) and I couldn't figure out why the mom would just let the kid shit in front of everybody when we were specifically at a service station where there are dozens of toilets and you don't need to pay or stand in line to use them.

I saw a kid straight up pooping in the street yesterday. I was too embarrassed at the time to think about taking a photo. Next time I will though. This kind of behavior is just barbaric. China will never be a developed country to be taken seriously until people stop this kind of stuff.
