Proof that the king is not dead (well the king of pop at least), a street performer dressed like Michael Jackson appeared on Guangzhou Lu in downtown Nanjing at around 10:00 on June 5 and performed a few Jacko song and dance routines.
The performer placed a placard at his feet which explained that he had landed on some tough times and his girlfriend had recently left him. The performer then reportedly received an unlikely team of backup dancers in the form of nearby beggars.
