Beijing Taxi Fare to Rise to 13 RMB on Jun 10

After much speculation and discussion, the rising of the Beijing taxi flag fall fare is really happening. The Beijing Development and Reforming Office stated on June 6 that from June 10, the fare will rise from 10 RMB to 13 RMB. For the first 3km of the journey, the fare will up by 2 RMB every kilometer, and after that, fares will increase by 2.3 RMB per kilometer. Fuel surcharges will be 1 RMB.

and still the drivers will not stop at peak rushy hours even the have no one instide the taxi.
