Shanghai’s first “pet toilet” was recently opened on the side of a small fitness track in the Baohua community in the city’s Hongkou District.
Before you feel too impressed, you should probably know that the “pet toilet” is basically just an oversized litter box. Nonetheless, the pets seem to enjoy using it, and the locals are no doubt excited at the prospect of no longer having to worry about stepping in poop on the road.
Will this become China’s next hot trend?

I knew it. It's a squat toilet. No good for western dogs at all!
