Government work must be stressful in China; so stressful in fact that the odd trip to Thailand using public funds to party with some ladyboys is totally excusable, right?
Photographs of Huang Kangsheng, Party Secretary of Xinglong Village in Guangdong, posing with several ladyboys during a trip to Thailand were recently leaked online.
Huang reportedly spent 200,000 RMB to cover his and 40 other officials’ expenses during the trip (he’s also reportedly a keen gambler).
Since the photos went viral, he has been suspended from his position and is currently under investigation by local authorities.

The only wrong I see is his exposure of the picture to the world wide web. officials often travel and also have fun after duty.Its not like hes interested in lady boys but its a totally strange thing to see a man turn woman,many people do the picture just to tell others that 'yes, I have seen them live and even took pictures with them.'Tell me how many Chinese officials or foreign officials have not gone to Bangkok and mess with lady boys. They are unavoidable once you hang out in entertainment centers there.

Was he suspended for spending 200,000 RMB, or was he suspended for spending some of the 200,000 RMB on lady boys?

I think lightend read the Friday update which said he wasn't suspended. He just had to write "I have been a naughty boy" 50 times and submit to Communist Party headquarters!!
